Team Wellness is a compilation of resources to support mental and emotional well-being. These resources have been created and compiled with the goal of providing support to those who support others. Whether you take care of animals or people, I hope these resources help you take extra care of yourself too.
Let's talk one on one. During this 30-minute session, we'll explore your concerns. We can discuss and explore a variety of topics including daily stressors, your stress response, daily routine, sleep patterns, anxiety or emotional concerns and more. After our discussion, I will create a plan with recommendations to help you improve in the areas that are important to you.
